Celtic manager Neil Lennon expects QPR target Gary Hooper to leave the club this summer.

The 25-year-old has been the subject of bids from Norwich and Hull, while QPR want to steal the forward from under noses of Hull City and Norwich.

Lennon told reporters: "It will be difficult to convince Gary to stay. He has not featured much in pre-season and the games start in earnest for us on Wednesday night.

"So he'd have a bit of catching up to do and I don't know where his mind is at the minute.

The 25-year-old striker did not feature in Celtic's 3-0 friendly defeat by Union Berlin last night due to a groin injury.
